Seven double bedroom, three bathroom house (one en suite bathroom) with pool on the south facing hillside of the Niccone valley, right on the Tuscany/Umbria border. The views are of hills stretching away in the distance as well as the agricultural valley below. Guests in the first renting season have much appreciated the house for its comfort and amenities.

The Borgo is a group of buildings that were formerly the homes of related families who farmed the land together. The main house is available for rental and is quite private. The owners live in another house but do not use the guest pool or the guests' private grounds. They will provide fresh vegetables from their garden in season and bread from their oven.

The bedrooms all have double beds but there are three single beds that can be used in place of these where requested. In the upstairs bathroom there is a WC, large corner shower, clawfoot bath and pedastal basin.

The kitchen has a very large 5-burner gas cooker with oven. There are also a toaster, food-processor, coffee-maker, electric kettle and dishwasher. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities.

Downstairs is a WC, basin and a shower. One other bedroom has its own wc and shower.

The pool is 11 by 6 metres going from 1m to 1.6 m depth.
There is a BBQ and very commodious, appealing outdoor terrazzo for dining with marble
topped table with benches to seat 10 or possibly 12. Plus huge dining room to seat 14 indoors.

Driveway and parking area for exclusive use by guests will comfortably hold 10 cars!

The property also contains a small chapel, not now used but still consecrated, an ideal place for weddings.

£400 booking deposit per week - rest within six weeks of departure
Bed linen and towels provided- including pool towels. Central heating when needed is extra and paid to the owner.
